I have FOR SALE a 1993 Cheverolet Step Van. This Truck is a ROLLING KITCHEN on wheels. The TRUCK has 350 V-8 Cheverolet engine. This engine has 67,000 miles on it. The truck has power steering; automatic transmission; a 15000 BTU RV TYPE (CARRIER) ROOF MOUNTED A/C with a heat strip for heat in the winter. This unit was put together in APRIL and MAY of 2004.The TRUCK body is all ALUMINUM and is made by UTILIMASTER VAN COMPANY. The TRUCK is fully insulated with styrofoam, sealed with plywood and covered with WHITE FIBERGLASS REINFORCED PANELING that is installed in many high dollar KITCHENS and BATHROOMS. I have three stainless steel, NSF approved, completely
self-contained concession carts for sale. They are
originally Sno Biz carts, but can easily be changed to
display any other name or emblem. They have three
sink compartments with double jointed spout plus a
hand washing sink, two insulated spaces for two

It is a custom built scale replica of an 1865 Southern Pacific Railroad Caboose. It is an awesome example that was all hand built by a licensed contractor who previously worked with the Los Angeles County Health Department and was intimately familiar with the health code. All of the work done meets the strictest health code in the nation, as he had plans to use it for food service in California. The chassis was built by U-Save trailers in Pomona and is all welded steel construction, with generous use of 2 x 4 steel tube throughout. It sits on a pair of axels rated at 5200 lbs. each with electric brakes on all four wheels. The walls are all insulated with 2" styrofoam,with 1/2" plywood shear wall to steel on the interior and 3/4" TG II exterior plywood shear wall to steel on the exterior. Stainless steel interior wainscotting to a height of 4' with 1/4" white Melamine panelling {health code approved} above wainscotting. Stainless steel firewall ceiling and walls in cooking area with two stainless steel exhaust hoods. The roof is galvanized steel with R-19 insulation and waterproof reflective coating. There are two 3' x 3' skylites that open for ventilation,as well as windows that open in the observation tower for more ventilation. There are two inset 4 tube flourescent troffers in the ceiling. The floor is 1" flooring grade T&G plywood. Completely wired by a master journeyman union electrician for 12 volt,as well as 60 amp/120 volt service, including master fusebox and 100 foot long shore power cords and plenty of outlets throughout trailer. Comes with a stainless steel commercial restaurant double sink with backsplash and work surfaces on both sides of the two sinks, a single hand washing sink, water heater,3 fresh water tanks,2 grey water tanks,2 electric pumps for water system, six foot stainless prep table with backsplash, two big propane tanks, beautiful etched glass windows.
